"One of my favourite dishes. A dish that was born out of frugality and that we have honed to perfection in the kitchen. We fill the juicy, velvety potato dumpling dough to bursting point with a mixture of bacon, onions and smoked meat, add white braised sauerkraut, top everything nicely with cooked bacon and sprinkle with crispy onions. Simply a fairy tale on a plate."
