ROAST CHICKEN SUPREME

"Another favourite dish from my childhood is definitely paprika chicken. As with many other dishes on my menu, we played around a little with the Czech classic. We fried the chicken breasts on the bone until golden brown and made a creamy sauce from the fat, cream, roasted peppers and smoked paprika powder. I like to recommend our homemade egg spaetzle with a little fresh cream to finish."
